1st day @ Kisaran
Sunday morning, I want to had "Bihun Bebek" (Duck Bihun) for breakfast. So we went to my Mom friend's place who served the best "Bihun Bebek". And the food is as good as I remembered, what make it special is the soup that contained a lot of chinese herbs that make it tasted unique & special, very delicious :) Their other specialities is "Sapo" (every meal cooked using a separate Claypot), every monday they served Tom Yam Sapo, but it was already gone by the time we arrived there. :)

For lunch, my brother took me on his motorcycle and we headed to a small village (Gambir Baru) not far from "Kisaran". My Brother said there is the bigest Bataknese community there (you can know it from counting how many church in that village.. more than 10 I guess :)). At there we headed to a small restaurant located at people court yard. From out side you already can tell that this was a very popular restaurant, there is alot of car parked along side of the street, and the restaurant was very crowded. They only served 3 types of meal there : "Panggang" (Roast pork), "Saksang" and "Arsik" (traditional Bataknese meal). That afternoon they already run out of "Arsik" (fish), so we ordered 2 portion of "Panggang", a portion of "Saksang", all of them comes with white rice and clear pork soup. hehehehe... the tasted was very delicious ... and from the visitor you can tell that the people eating there was not the local people but from "Kisaran", in fact most of it was from the chinese ethnic. hehehehe... what a place .. Selamat makan... HORAS:)
