2005 in Review : My Favorite Meal
Looking back at 2005, The following were some of my favorites meal this year :)
* Liyen Chinese Restaurant, located at jl Asemka, probably one of the best Chinese restaurant in town with its signature dish : Udang Telor Asin (prawn with salted duck egg yolk) served with fried "mantou"
* Noodles : Crystal Jade Kitchen, Huang Ting, Canton Bay, Bakmi Ayam Kumango Medan
* Sambal Bu Rudy - Surabaya, Sambal Terasi Limo - Bandung
* Nasi Pepes & Pepes Telor Asin Tante Liana - Bandung
* My fav Donburi : Oyakodon at Kiyadon and Ajihara
* Bihun Bebek (Rice Vermicelli serve with steam duck and clear soup) ala Binjai & fish porridge at Muara Karang
* Manado Food: all dishes from Biutika and Kerapu Kuah Asam (sour fish soup) at Benhill Food court
* Indian Food : Komala & Papadam
* Peking Duck at The Duck King, one of the best peking duck in town
* My all time favourite : Soto Madura ( Madurese Style Chicken Clear Soup) Kompleks Sandang - Kemanggisan
