Extreme Cuisine
Bought this book at Jakarta Book Fair along with "Indonesian Authentic Cuisine". "Extreme Cuisine: The Weird & Wonderful Foods That People Eat" was written by Jerry Hopkins. this book was simply amazing, contain all wonderfull and weird stuff people eat around the world. but only mentioned a little about Indonesian eating habit. :)| Permalink
