Bamboo ID

On our way home, we stopped by Bendungan Hillir area to buy some Lumpia Semarang from Bamboo ID. I've tasted this lumpia before, but didn't have time to take a picture, since it vanished quickly right after I put it in front of my colleagues. So this time, I decided to take a picture first before eating it. Since both of us feel very full, we only bought 5 pcs (30K) home. At first I thought I can only eat 1 or 2 pcs, but I ended up eating 3 pcs (SC got 2). It was simply delicious. There were no hint of the smell normally associated with bamboo shoots that usually makes me hesitant to eat Lumpia Semarang. We definitely will be back. Hopefully, they will open a cafe soon, so we can eat the lumpia on the spot instead of taking it home first. :)

My friend bought me bamboo lumpia once, 5 fried and 5 original. Since that day... i can't stop thinking about it. I've taste other lumpia semarang before, most of them have a very strong smell. Bamboo's lumpia is actually the only lumpia semarang that don't smell at all.. It came with a very nice and clean packaging.. i actually kept the box =))

Bamboo lumpia is higly recommended for food lovers....incease you don't have time to stop by their store, they do delivery to offices and residential area.. Oh, they also sell delicious thumb licking banana bread. Comes with 3 flavours. original, chocolate, and cheese.. chocolate is my fav.!!..

lumpianya emang enak, harganya masuk akal (bandingin sama lumpia mbak lien di semarang) dan yang bikin gue kagum tuh boxnya..baguuuus banget..

The fresh lumpia is not only super delicious but its healthy too. But of cuz i prefer the fried ones and the acar is UNBEATABLE! I always request for extra *LOL*

But 1 personal request, pls make a spicy paste for us spicy food lovers cuz the cabe rawit is a lil too hardcore for me ;"p

i just tried yesterday, and that's so good really, my fried also very surprise with the delicious taste, we tried on the spot, asked to take away for all of the stock. :=)))
