Ketoprak Pak Mukthar Tanjung Duren

Last month I was craving for ketoprak Tanjung Duren. We were there once before, but it was 10 PM and they were already sold out. So one night, I made plans with SC to meet at Mall Taman Anggrek and go straight to the ketoprak location. Lucky for us, this time they were still open, with several people gathered around the place waiting patiently. We ordered 2 portions of Ketoprak, one with fried egg and lots of chili 9K and one the standard portion (without egg) 6K. We have to wait for at least 15 minutes before our orders arrived. Luckily, it was worth the wait. The ketoprak was simply delicious with fresh ingredients: rice cake topped with bihun (thin rice noodle), bean sprout, fried egg, potato, and then poured with spicy peanut sauce. Their keropok was also of good quality. Although its appearance may not be appetizing to some, I like this kaki lima ketoprak very much.

Jen, deket situ ada ketoprak juga, kalo kata dede/suami/bokap gua sih lebih enak daripada Mukhtar, sama ramenya, masuk ke salah satu jalan itu, jalan rumah dede gua sih, tp g ga inget Tanjung Duren brp :p

Jen, gue blm pernah cobain yg di deket metro ini sih, tp biasa gue suka ketoprak yg di tanjung duren juga tp daerah tj duren 3 sana, masuk dari kantor polisi yg di tanjung duren raya (kalo ga salah ya)

The ketoprak I used to eat as a child gas a lot of beansprouts, garlic with peanut sauce just made in front of your eyes with at most 5 nuts. The current one is not the original recipe.

Jen, ada ketoprak lagi yang enak.. masuknya dari seberang ex Polsek Tanjung Duren (50m sebelum EF).. kira2 50m dari ujung jalan. Pake Gerobak. Rame kalo malem. Sekarang harganya 7000 sepiring. Namanya Ketoprak si Jangkung. Di gerobaknya ga ada tulisannya tapi mangkal nya di sebelah warung rokok. Buka malem 06.00pm - 10.00pm
